Queen of the Frozen Aisle

After giving myself some time to rest and recover, I was more than ready to get my butt kicked in boot camp yesterday morning.

Combination #1 Time/Reps Weight
Front squat push press 1 minute 10 kg bar
Side skaters 1 minute
Dynamic lunges 1 minute
Jump rope 2 minutes
Repeat
Combination #2 Time/Reps Weight
Plank with row 16 per arm 3 kg dumbbell
Stagger jumps 1 minute
Wide row 1 minute 10 kg bar
Jump rope 2 minutes
Repeat
Combination #3 Time/Reps Weight
Box jumps 1 minute 2.5 kg plate
Tricep dips 1 minute
Sumo squat with overhead press 1 minute 4 kg dumbbells
Repeat

After I ate and showered, I had a bunch of errands to run followed by two hours of tutoring. I didn’t get home until 8:00 and was too tired to cook by then. Enter Amy’s Teriyaki Bowl:

What it looks like on the box

What it actually looks like

To make it less depressing, I put it in a real bowl.

Still not quite as appetizing as the box would have you believe but actually pretty good for a frozen meal. I used to live on frozen food before I learned how to cook so I consider myself somewhat of a connoisseur when it comes to these things.

I finished my meal off with one last frozen delicacy – a Vita Top:

Nothing depressing about that, I love these things.

New recipe and New Rules of Lifting tonight… stay tuned!
