I’m way too sore to do a workout this morning so instead, I’m going to indulge my love of fitness by recapping yesterday’s workout.
Even though (or maybe because) it kicked my butt last Friday, I went back to kettlebells yesterday. I’m quickly falling in love with this workout and I’m going to be seriously bummed out when my Groupon expires (I have 10 classes left).
I’ll have to figure out another way to incorporate kettlebells into my routine after (I think there might be a few lying around the free weights area in my gym) because it’s such a great way to shake up my strength training.
Some moves from yesterday’s workout (some of these you could easily do with a heavy dumbbell):
Figure 8

Alternating one-arm row

Goblet squat with rotation

Kettlebell swing

Here’s the full workout. Do each exercise for one minute and each round three times consecutively (except for round 5, in which each exercise is repeated twice). Bonus points if you can still walk the next day
Round 1:
Figure 8
Squat and overhead press
Reverse lunge
Round 2:
Alternating one-arm row
Forward lunge with bicep curl
Monkey push-ups
Round 3:
Romanian deadlift
Kettlebell punches
Front raise
Round 4:
Goblet squat with rotation
Kettlebell swing
Weighted jump squats
Round 5:
Tricep overhead extension
Oblique twist
Bridge press
Sit Up
Reverse crunches
Plank
Enjoy!

kettle bells are no joke! I had to use them in one of my gym classes in college.
Thanks so much for sharing! My new gym has kettle bells so I’ll give this a go.
I’ve never done a kettle ball workout before, but I have heard great things about it! This seems like a great workout!
The only kettlebell workout I’ve done is the Jillian Michael’s DVD. It wasn’t my favorite, but I think I’d like it more if I did an actual class!
