Hello and thanks for stopping by! I’m a former couch potato turned fitness junkie who managed to shed a bit of vanity weight through calorie counting and adopting an active lifestyle.
My current goal is to stay as lean as possible while eating as much and as normally as I can. No rigid food rules, no dietary restrictions, no obsessive calorie counting, no avoiding social situations because I’m scared of eating the wrong thing. I love to eat big, hearty meals and there are many things I refuse to give up – chocolate, alcohol, bread, pizza, just to name a few.
As long as I stay active and eat the right amount of food for my size and activity level most days of the week, I find it’s not too difficult to maintain my weight loss. It is possible to enjoy life and be thin – that’s what this blog is all about.
